ZeniMax Media and Mojang have settled their ‘Scrolls’ trademark dispute out of court with a settlement being reached without the intervention of a judge.
The lawsuit was filed by ZeniMax when Mojang (creator of Minecraft) submitted applications for a range of trademarks for their upcoming digital card game title ‘Scrolls’. ZeniMax Media, the publishers of Bethesda Softworks’ highly-successful series ‘The Elder Scrolls’ filed a complaint citing a conflict of their longstanding trademark. View the full article »
