Publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment re-submission for classification has once again been refused by the Classification Review Board. After the first refusal, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment submitted the same version of the game for review claiming that it is no worse than other games that have been allowed into the country.

The four-member panel delivered their verdict with a majority decision that has once again tore the hearts out of Australian beat-em up fans.
