PopCap Games, developer of smash hit casual games such as Bejeweled, Plants vs. Zombies and Peggle may be in the process of being acquired for a rumoured amount topping $1 billion dollars.
PopCap Games who also publish games under the 4th and Battery label have had recent success with new title Unpleasant Horse.

PopCap, one of my favourite developers for iOS devices is offering fans a chance to bid and purchase One-of-a-Kind pieces with proceeds going straight to charity.
Money raised will support worthy charity groups including SpecialEffect UK and Starlight Children’s Foundation in the US.
