According to Gamasutra, Sony plan to open the doors to the online shopping experience that is PlayStation Store this coming Tuesday, May 24th 2011. A memo has been sent out to game developers and publishers of the planned re-opening.
Provided nothing else hits the fan from now until then, gamers will be able to experience publishing partner content including games, expansions and media releases very shortly. To play catch up for lost time caused by the PlayStation Network outage, twice the amount of content will be pushed forward each week for the next two weeks to clear up the current backlog.
