Sony of Europe have posted details for their Welcome Back Appreciation Program. As mentioned earlier this month, PlayStation Network users are being offered two PS3 games from a list of five and two PSP games from a list of four. Please note that only customers who have had a PlayStation Network account prior to the 20th of April will be able to participate.
This will be available once the PlayStation Store is back up and running, which is scheduled to be just a little while longer.
PS3 games list:
- Wipeout HD/Fury
- Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty
- Dead Nation
PSP games list:
- LittleBigPlanet PSP
- ModNation PSP
- Pursuit Force
- Killzone Liberation
Because of some laws regarding the free distribution of games reaching certain classifications, the German PlayStation Welcome Back Progam PS3 games InFamous and Dead Nation will be replaced with Super Stardust HD and Hustle Kings and the PSP games Pursuit Force and Killzone Liberation will be replaced with Everybody’s Golf 2 and Buzz Junior Jungle Party. Killzone Liberation will not offer online gameplay functionality.
Also mentioned earlier, all PlayStation Network users will receive a free 30 days PlayStation Plus membership and existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will be given 60 days free subscription. People who have subscribed to the Qriocity Music Unlimited will be given 30 days free subscription. Remember that you will only have access to the PlayStation Plus content for as long as your subscription lasts. However anything you buy within the PlayStation Plus service you get to keep forever. Forever.
And for those who remember something called PlayStation Home, Sony are also planning on something special.
All PlayStation Network users will have 30 days from when the Welcome Back Programme starts to redeem their content.
