This generation of puzzler fans have been saturated with sugar, with many a game featuring cute graphics and smiling happy times. Well if you’re looking something different, why not try Warp? This new top-down adventure puzzler offered by Trapdoor sees a deceptively adorable alien named Zero attempt to escape a secret laboratory. As the name suggests, the key game mechanic is the ability to warp short distances – through walls, into objects and well… people.

Once again, the Dark Knight swings back into our gaming lives in Rocksteady Studio’s long awaited sequel to the critically acclaimed Batman Arkham Asylum. The plot has moved from the now abandoned island of the original, replaced by a newly constructed habitat for all things bat-like.

There are villains a-plenty, gadgets so cleverly concealed it’s hard to imagine where our hero fits them all on his utility belt, and the usual mix of crime-fighting and detective mode. So, before anyone who wishes to fight injustice dons the infamous cape, a burning question must surely be asked: How can you improve on one of the best comic-book games ever produced?
