The remastered version of Halo is fast approaching, much like a Warthog vehicle destined for enemy territory. Why the strange analogy? Simple. Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is going to be available in a Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Collector’s Pack with remote control Warthog.

- Remote-controlled Warthog
Kind of basic I know. At first I thought maybe this is just a standard edition with the Warthog thrown in as an extra, which is partly true I guess except the game does come packed within the remote control Warthog packaging so I guess that does qualify it for the ‘Collector’s Pack’ title.
Slightly more than your standard edition, this EB Games Exclusive does come with the pre-order bonus Master Chief Avatar Armor and ‘Grunt Funeral’ Skull so its not too shabby of a deal really. My avatar dressing inner child can’t say no to a new virtual item so this is a must pre-order for me.
Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Collector’s Pack will be available on the 15th of November 2011, exclusively on the Xbox 360. Re-live the original that started it all, just prettier.
