EB Expo 2013 Tickets On Sale Now!

EB Expo 2013 tickets have gone on sale today with a huge assortment of tickets available to the general public. Building upon the success of last year’s EB Expo, this year’s event is totted as being bigger and better with more events and exhibitions catered for gamers across Australia.

Tickets range has been bolstered this year to include more ticket options, as well as multiplayer passes for added savings when purchasing tickets with friends and family.

Here’s a run-down of the available ticket types on offer, starting with the cream of the bunch, the Ultimate Gamer Pass:


Ultimate Gamer Pass grants access to all sessions throughout the expo period and also includes:

  • An exclusive Ultimate Gamer Welcome Dinner including 3 course dinner, with 2 hour drink package including beer, wine and soft drink*. Hosted Thursday October 3rd, 7:30pm to 10:00pm. Dine with the EB Community, EB Event Team and Special Guests in the massive EB Community Hub inside the Exhibition Hall with a night of trivia, laughs and prizes galore! Priced at $699, it is more expensive than last year’s Ultimate Gamer Pass but does come with a dinner experience starting on Thursday October 3rd, and the EB expo experience continues right on through to Sunday October 6th, 2013. Express Gamer Passes cater to gamers wanting to get their hands ASAP on the latest upcoming titles and can be purchased individually for each session.


Express Gamer Passes (per session) include:

  • 1 Day EXPRESS Gamer Pass includes admission for one person to multiple EB Games Expo sessions.
  • Souvenir ticket and lanyard
  • Front entry Gate EXPRESS QUEUE
  • Play games quicker! Get access to Exhibition Booth EXPRESS QUEUES

Passes are available for Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions.

Gamer Passes entitle the purchaser access to a specific session and comes in an assortment of pass types from daily, weekend, Friday & Saturday, to 3-day passes.



These passes will provide you with plenty of time to experience EB Expo, but doesn’t include any of the ‘merch’ or perks with the more premium ticket types. Great ticket options for those just wanting to take things easy during the event and explore at their own leisure.

For the first time, EB Expo will have on sale multiplayer passes.


Passes are available in two types. The first is a Friday and Saturday pass offering for four adults to experience EB Expo either during the Friday Twilight, or Saturday Twilight session. The second option, the Multiplayer Family Pass caters for a family of two adults and two kids under 15 years, running on Sunday.

Multiplayer passes provides added savings and a great way for casual gamers to explore, and experience the expo at a more laid-back pace. Running at the end of the expo, these times tends to be less frantic giving more free-range access to gamers without having to contend with the more hardened gamers.

Lastly on the list are General Admission tickets which run in day-time and twilight-session blocks.



Tickets are available for all three days of the event and perfect for those that want to attend the expo, but maybe not all three days.

On top of all the ticket options, attendees can attend Good Game Live for an additional $10 on top of their ticket purchase.


Join Bajo and Hex as they run a live show for the very first time at EB Expo. There are live guests, trivia, competitions and giveaways planned for the event, sure to be a popular amongst the gamer crowd.
